Information for the Guests

Booking: Our rooms can be booked via email or online on different travel websites.

Cancellation policy:

• 10 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.

• 9-4 days before arrival date 20% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.

• 3-2 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.

• 1 day before arrival or in case of no show 100 % will be charged as a cancellation fees.

– In our Guest House there is a reception service operating between 7.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m..

– It is possible to occupy the rooms from 2.00 p.m., and they have to be left on the day of leaving by 10.00 a.m.

Upon arrival you should check in at the reception, and – after filling in a report from – you will receive the key to your room and the electric key with the aid of which you can pass through the entrance and the gate.

When leaving please submit the room key to the reception. If the key or the electric key is lost we will charge a compensation fee. The compensation fee is 2,000 HUF.

– Cleaning the rooms is done each day between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m., the minibar is also filled up at this time.

– It is FORBIDDEN to smoke in the guest house! The rooms of the building are equipped with smoke sensors.

It is allowed to smoke only outside the building, at the places that are marked out for this purpose.

– It is possible to cook-grill in the garden area only at the place that is established for this purpose, and if it is indicated in advance, at your own responsibility.

– It is FORBIDDEN to bring animals into the Guest House!

– Rules of using the telephone: It is possible to initiate local and long distance calls from the rooms against compensation and it is possible to receive local and long distance calls in the rooms. A line may be requested with pressing button 0. The phone number of the reception is: 10.

– There is WIFI available throughout the complete area of the Guest House, and it may be used by our guests free of charge. The WIFI key is: Panzio88

– A closed parking facility belongs to the Guest House and we are able to provide one parking place per room for our guests.

– Safe: The rooms do not have own safes, but at the reception we have a safe, in which we will keep your valuables free of charge, if required.

– Bicycle rental: It costs for one day 1000 HUF/person, and it is possible to rent bicycles only at your own liability and the renter has full financial and security liability for both the bicycle and its accessories.

– It is possible to purchase at the reception drinks during the open hours of the reception, that is, between 7.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m..

The list of drinks available and their prices is given at the reception.

– Please preserve the condition and use properly the furniture and equipment available.

– It is FORBIDDEN to behave in a manner that may disturb the guests.

– Tourist materials and information on the different local programs and our cost based services are available at the reception.

– It is possible to have a nice walk in the settlement of Hortobágy under the guidance of a tourist guide and to get acquainted with and visit the spectacles of the settlement:

• Hortobágy Craftsmen’s Yard

• Nine Holed Bridge

– We provide professional guide services for the Study Trails of the Hortobágy National Park, with the contribution of our Hortobágy Tour Guide Certificate possessing colleagues.
